Sizing is by room area and ceiling height: a 52 inch fan suits a large living room, a 30 inch fan belongs in a small bedroom or a bathroom. Blade span, downrod length and mounting type decide whether the fan fits — a sloped ceiling needs a slope adapter, a low ceiling needs a hugger. For a fan with a light, the light kit's color temperature and dimmability matter as much as the airflow figure. DC motors run quieter and use less power than AC motors, at a higher price.
We stock ceiling fans with and without light kits, in indoor and damp-rated versions, with remote and wall control options.
